What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you're logged out of the Banner Medications app and forgot your password, here's how you can reset it:

  1. Open the Banner Medications app. Because you're logged out, you'll see the login page
  2. Click “Forgot Password?” under the “Log In” button
  3. Enter the email address attached to your Banner Medications account and click “Reset Password”
  4. We will email you a link to reset your password
  5. Follow the instructions in the link to reset your password
